Thematically, the work was based on concepts of order in colour and shape, with a nod to the underlying sense of chaos which is ever present in life
In my abstract work, I explore colour, texture, and intuitive mark-making to create expressive, layered compositions. Each painting develops through an organic process, where movement and balance emerge gradually rather than being planned in advance. Inspired by mood, light, and the emotional qualities of colour, the work invites open interpretation and encourages the viewer to experience feeling and atmosphere over form.
