Well what a great Bank Holiday Monday.
The weather was overcast and a little chilly but it didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the many visitors to this fabulous event.
First time for me to be part of this, but will definitely be back. Loved it! Really enjoyed the company of fellow artists, seeing their amazing work and chatting things art and creativity.
But best of all meeting lots of new people and hearing their feedback about my work. When you make, it’s hard to know whether it’s any good and you need the critique of an audience. Well, when they’re strangers, you really do get an insight into whether your work has any impact. Smiling faces, engaging conversations and some sales, validate your practice. Real confidence booster.
This is the first event after the pandemic that I have participated in and if they’re all like this going forward, I shall be happy.
